Erasmus has made several changes to the Springbok team that will face England in the last match of the series at Newlands this weekend.
Elton Jantjies will run out at flyhalf while a new midfield will see Andre Esterhuizen partner Jesse Kriel.
Warrick Gelant will make his first test start in the other change in the backline.
In the pack, Chiliboy Ralepelle will start at hooker while Schalk Brits has been named on the bench,
A new inclusion on the bench will see Embrose Papier get a chance ahead of Ivan van Zyl who has struggled so far in the series.
