The Stormers will be bolstered by the return of Pieter-Steph du Toit this weekend as the utility forward makes up on of three changes to the starting lineup.
Du Toit will start at blindside flank with Kobus van Dyk shifting to No. 8 to accommodate the injury of Jaco Coetzee
Joshua Stander and Dan Kriel are the two other changes who come in for Jean-Luc du Plessis and Damian de Allende who are being rested.
Steven Kitshoff will once again skipper the side with Siya Kolisi being named among the substitutes.
Saturday’s match against the Brumbies will be the first match back at Newlands following a a tour with mixed results which saw the Cape Town side lose the first two encounters before bouncing back against the Rebels.
Kick-off is at 15h05 with conditions expected to be relatively cool but dry although there is rain scheduled for Friday which means it could be a bit soft underfoot.
