Norwich City secured automatic promotion to the Premier League next season after a 2-1 victory over Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
The Canaries needed just one-point to earn promotion and bagged all three as they sealed their return to the top tier of English football after being relegated in 2016.

Marco Stiepermann got the game going in the perfect fashion as he opened the scoring in the 13th minute to bet the party going.
Mario Vrancic, who assisted Stiepermann, then ensured that if they were going up, they were going up in style as he netted a 25-yard screamer in the 21st minute to blast the roof off the Carrow Road.
Lewis Travis brought some of the celebrations to a halt two minutes later when he pulled one back, but the Canaries held off to seal the win and with it promotion.
They will now travel to Aston Villa where they need just one point to seal the Championship after a stellar season under Daniel Farke.
Elsewhere, Sheffield United is likely to join Norwich in the Premier League next season whilst Leeds United, who are in third place, will likely contest the playoffs for their chance of a return. Should Leeds qualify, it will mark their first return to the competition they have won on three occasions since 2004 and have since fallen as low as League One for three seasons.
