Steve Hansen and Warren Gatland have both named their final teams as head coaches as the pair end their tenure as national coaches of New Zealand and Wales respectively.

New Zealand have made a total of seven changes to their last line-up as Ben Smith and Rieko Ioane come onto the wings while the centre pairing of Ryan Crotty and Sonny Bill Williams also returns.

Sam Cane and Shannon Frizzell have been included in the loose trio while Scott Barrett slots back into his more familiar role in the middle of the scrum. Dane Coles also gets a start and there are three new faces on the bench in the form of Liam Coltman, Atu Moli and Matt Todd.

For Wales, Gatland has also made wholesale changes as Tomos Williams partners Rhys Patchel at nine and ten while Owen Watkin comes in to line up next to Jonathan Davies.
