Brighton and Hove Albion have confirmed that a player has tested positive for coronavirus although they did not disclose the players name.
This comes after three players showed symptoms of the illness, however, the other two tests came back as negative.
The chief executive of the club, Paul Barber, said that the player is doing ‘OK’ and is ‘”getting the care he needs”.
Brighton currently sit 15th on the table, just two points above the relegation zone.
