Cricket South Africa has announced the appointment of a further three non-directors onto the Board of Cricket of South Africa.
Ms Vuyokazi Memani-Sedile, Mr Dheven Dharmalingam CA(SA) and Dr. Eugenia Kula-Ameyaw will serve on the board until the next Annual General Meeting currently scheduled for September 2020 where they will be eligible for re-election.
Memani-Sedile has a financial and accounting background and is currently the director of various institutions such as Cancer Association of South Africa (Investment Committee chair) NGO, Vista University Early Retirement Trust and Diocese of Pretoria Non Profit Company (Chairperson).
Dharmalingam CA(SA) has a CV full of experience in finance, taxation and insurance. He is also the chairman of the audit committee for the HBZ Bank SA Limited.
Finally, Dr Kula-Ameyaw also sits on a collection of committees and has previously chaired the Transformation Committee of Business Unity South Africa (BUSA).
CSA President Chris Nenzani has welcomed the board members and expressed the value he thinks they will add to the institution.
